A Project Fairtrade Philippines Awareness Workshop was held in Davao on December 2, 2013.
Project Fairtrade Philippines is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) through a joint effort of DEG, Fairtrade International and FLO-CERT and is co-implemeted by OURFood, SIGNAsia and ASSIST. The project is about mainstreaming equitable practices in the production and trade of agro-products.
The event gathered producers, traders, public and private sector, civil society organizations in Davao involved in agriculture to raise awareness on the project and the Fairtrade principles and processes.
