Our Partners

Success360 is a flagship career readiness initiative that reimagines the journey of finding and building a career through the power of gamification. Designed to cater to a wide range of users with varying needs, the program transforms job preparation and continuous learning into an enjoyable and engaging experience — equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the labor market and in life.

What We Are Solving

The Need

Youth unemployment in Southeast Asia remains high, with many trapped in informal or insecure work. Beyond job scarcity, a lack of career readiness persists, as traditional education fails to equip youth with practical skills, leaving graduates unprepared to transition effectively from school to workforce.

The Interventions

ASSIST’s Success360 program uses gamification to build life skills and job readiness through engaging, practical learning. Its toolkit includes Career Engine, First Job Formula, and Fulfillment Factor, helping youth explore careers, navigate workplace scenarios, and develop essential life skills through interactive, peer-driven experiences that prepare them for real-world success.
