The Need
Across Southeast Asia, a generation of young people is entering an economy that is moving faster than their education prepared them for. Digital skills gaps, job mismatches, and low financial literacy are leaving youth — particularly those from disadvantaged communities — without the tools to build stable, secure futures. In the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia alike, the challenge is the same: talent and ambition exist in abundance, but access to the right financial knowledge remains unequal.
The Intervention
MoneyAce integrates financial literacy education, community-based delivery, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. It delivers practical financial literacy skills through animated video modules and digital comic books made accessible in local languages, engages Deloitte employee volunteers to bring the content to life in classrooms and communities across three countries, and connects with schools, governments, and civil society partners to ensure learning reaches those who need it most — building a generation of financially capable young people equipped to navigate today’s economy.
